L.A. Junction: Of all the projects you have done so far, which would you consider the most fun and the most difficult?
Guy Vidal: Hmm… they’re all fun and difficult. They’re all satisfying and difficult. There was one on Elevado where we transformed a 4-plex Spanish dilapidated that was going to be torn down into a beautiful 4,500 square foot Moroccan fantasy-house, like a single family, but kept it legally a 4-plex but sold it as a single family. That was probably the most difficult. One of the most fun was the Partridge project.
