Our clients asked us to create a multifunctional backyard space to compliment their Hollywood home.  We mirrored the authentic Spanish style of their main home to create this ADU (accessory dwelling unit) complete with a full kitchen and bathroom.  The space we commandeered to build upon was previously home to a small storage shed.  Tile details, including our own ‘Petalo’ tile in the bathroom, durable saltillo flooring and lots of lighting now adorn the guest house.

This corner of the backyard now provides office, living, sleeping, and tons of storage space.  The guest house creates a connection between the main home and surrounding yard for our clients family to play with their adorable puppy, host BBQs, garden, and of course, watching and playing soccer!
