Our clients had given up on this home – convinced it could never give them they space they needed. Thankfully they were unable to find anywhere they liked more and invited us to redesign their home for them.

We came up with the radical idea of relocating the kitchen to an area off the living room that they used as their office. This move created an opportunity to move their master bedroom and add a bathroom – their wishlist item that until then had been out of reach.

Outside, we designed a large deck spanning the width of their home. This outdoor space provides them with new connections between the master bedroom and living area as well as space for al fresco dining and lounging.
